Health insurance started for pastor’s families: about 250 adults, their underage children and their children undergoing training are involved - Moravian Church, Tanzania, CHF 12’000.

Since the 1980s a small team around Rev. Hugo Lautenbach has organised a yearly fundraising to support pastors overseas. They were assisted by HEKS (Swiss Church Aid). Together with HEKS, the Guidelines for the activities of Overseas Pastoral Solidarity were laid down. In 2014, they moved to Mission 21 and since 2015 have been an independent registered association that closely works together with the church aid agencies. Tax exemption of donations is being investigated.
